Upgrading should be just a matter of unpacking the tarball over your existing
installation and fixing file ownership on the updated files. Your site-specific
settings and datafiles won't be affected.

If you feel squeamish about this, I don't blame you. Send me your suggestions
for improving the process!

tar xzvf http/source/berylium-2003-05-23.tar.gz
chown -R berylium:nobody berylium/code berylium/doc berylium/http berylium/*.txt berylium/external
chmod -R 750 berylium/code berylium/doc berylium/http berylium/*.txt berylium/external
chmod -R 770 berylium/external/fase4_rdf/cache

BE SURE TO CHANGE berylium.nobody to yourusername.webservergroup in
the lines above!!!!

NOTE: If you installed Berylium prior to 2003-05-23, do the following:
cd berylium
edit dbupgrade.php # change the first line to match the path of your php
executable
./dbupgrade.php
